Q.  Are you insured?
A.  Yes we are fully insured.

Q.  Can I pick up the rentals directly?

A.  No I am sorry that is not a good idea.  Some competitors may allow that but we feel it is best if we do it.  These moonwalks are very heavy, require proper set up to ensure safety, and need to be inspected at set up and pickup.  

Q.  What areas do you deliver to?

A.  Yulee, Fernandina, Amelia Island, Callahan certain areas of Jacksonville including Oceanway, call for details.  Additional delivery areas are being considered.  If you are not within my area and need a referral I have talked to many companies in the area and can help you find the right one.

Q.  Are your products clean?

A.  I personally clean every product I rent after every rental.  I take it seriously, I come from a military family and I learned all about white glove inspections.  I am not comfortable renting my customers dirty items.

Q.  Can I keep the inflatable overnight or get a late night pickup?  How late can I keep the rental?

A.  I will decide this on a case by case basis.  An additional fee would apply.  Many factors have to be considered such as weather, next day rental by another customer and security of my equipment.  I am starting a new policy for 2007 that any inflatable pickup after 7pm could have additional cost.
